Appellant Richard Parnell Rucker challenges his convictions of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct arising out of his relationships with two minor females. On appeal, appellant argues that: (1) he was not in a position of authority over the girls; (2) the jury was not adequately instructed as to the meaning of the applicable venue statute; (3) the district court erred in not instructing the jury to unanimously determine which specific acts appellant committed; (4) Spreigl evidence was improperly admitted; and (5) the prosecutor?s misconduct during closing arguments warrants a new trial. We hold that:
